At Ahmadu Bello University Pro Bono Law Clinic, we believe that justice is a fundamental right that should be accessible to all, regardless of financial circumstances. Our mission is to provide free legal assistance to individuals who cannot afford legal representation, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to understand and defend their rights.

Prof. Is'haq Abubakar

Dr. Dalhat A. Idris

LL.B, BL, LL.M, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Law at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He has served as the Head of the Department of Islamic Law since 2021 and specializes in Comparative Criminal Law, Coordinator Law Clinic, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.

Dr. Umar Sani Bebeji

PhD, is a Lecturer I in the Department of Commercial Law at ABU Zaria. He is an Assistant Dean, an NHEF Faculty Member, and a dispute resolution specialist with expertise in Arbitration, Company Law, and Banking Regulation. M.K. Abdullah, Esq.

Legal Aid Council of Nigeria

Network of University Legal Aid Institutions (NULAI) Nigeria

NULAI Nigeria is an organization that promotes clinical legal education and the establishment of law clinics in Nigerian universities. Their goal is to advance legal education and access to justice by integrating practical skills training into the law curriculum. NULAI supports law clinics in providing pro bono legal services to underserved communities, thereby enhancing the legal profession's capacity to address societal needs.
